Charlotte is a Consultant in the Board Practice and has handled numerous non executive and chair appointments across various sectors, FTSE main market, AIM and unquoted including private equity-backed companies. She has a particular focus on non executive assignments in technology and digital sectors and functions. She joined Ridgeway from a boutique executive search firm, having started her executive search career as a member of the Board Practice at Norman Broadbent. Before this Charlotte had an early career in the Arts and holds an MA in The History of Art from the University of Sussex.
What is the single most important challenge facing clients today and how can we help?
Tomorrow’s corporate winners will be those with a powerful ESG proposition. Without it, companies will struggle to attract employees, customers, and investors. Ridgeway are dedicated to helping our clients attract talent who will push this agenda and champion sustainability to their boards and executive teams.
