Freddie is a Consultant within the Insurance practice at Ridgeway. He specialises in the placement of executive leaders particularly across retail general insurance, wholesale and specialty (re)insurance as well as life and health.
Most recently, Freddie led the Insurance practice at JD Haspel, a financial services specialist boutique, for three years having previously worked at Sainty, Hird & Partners as a senior member of the Insurance team.
What is the single most important challenge facing clients today and how can we help?
Our clients are faced with a relentless evolution of customer needs and expectations and so must embrace new technology and diversify their products and services in order to proactively adapt. At Ridgeway, we provide detailed market insights and talent solutions at both non executive and executive level to enable our clients to innovate at pace and ultimately better service their customers.
How do we keep diversity at the forefront of client discussions?
We are unapologetic about the focus that must be placed on leveling the playing field in the workplace and on our role in facilitating that.
