Freddie Williams-Thomas is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo’s People Advisory business segment in London, having joined the firm as part of its acquisition of Ridgeway, an independent boutique executive search firm.

Freddie joined Ridgeway in 2021 to grow the Insurance practice in the UK and internationally. He specialises in the placement of board and executive leaders, particularly across retail general insurance and wholesale and specialty (re)insurance.

Freddie previously led the Insurance practice at JD Haspel for three years, having worked at Sainty, Hird & Partners, The Miles Partnership and Korn Ferry earlier in his career.

Freddie holds a BA in Spanish from the University of Bristol, UK.
