Why do you enjoy working at Ridgeway ?
Firstly it would have to be the variety, from enjoying the exposure to a wide number of industries and individuals to the variety that comes with the role, from supporting clients to planning parties! It is also great to play a part in helping people achieve their career goals and to be able to follow their progress as they settle into a new stage of their career. Secondly, Ridgeway is quite unique in treating all employees, regardless of seniority, the same. It is an open, inclusive and fun environment to work in in which your contributions are truly valued.
What makes us progressive?
Ridgeway has had a razor sharp focus on diversity in both our executive and non executive placements for years. For our clients this has resulted in diverse longlists that hit our stringent internal targets for both gender and ethnic diversity. Internally this has manifested in a flexible working policy that is open to all employees. Our charities of the year are also both focused on boosting workplace diversity, one through improving and supporting social mobility and the other for supporting autistic individuals in entering employment.
