Jack leads the firm’s human resources practice. He specialises in advising chief executive officers on the succession and appointment of their chief people officer and has done this successfully for many years across the FTSE100, FTSE250, family, and private equity backed businesses. Furthermore, he has a successful track record of appointing direct reports in the function, namely in reward, diversity, and talent. Jack also has experience appointing chief executive officers in private equity and family businesses and has advised on several appointments in the corporate affairs and communications field.
Prior to a career in search, Jack played cricket for Worcestershire County Cricket Club and is still heavily involved in the game. He is a playing member of the MCC and the London Stock Exchange Cricket Club. He is a proud ambassador for Societi, a charity focused on research and support for children with Kawasaki Disease, the leading cause of acquired heart disease in children in the UK. He is also involved with several charities for Autism.
Jack holds a BA in Sport Business Management from the University of Worcester.
