Jane joined Ridgeway to rejoin Sue O’Brien, Executive Chair, having worked together at Garner International and Norman Broadbent. Jane has 16 years’ experience in the search business working within Technology, Media and Telecoms, Pharmaceutical, Human Resources and Industrial practices at executive and board level. Prior to that Jane spent 10 years in commodity training and trade finance.

Advances in tools to assess culture fit could play an important role in the future. A business with a clearly defined culture is key to identifying candidates who will best align with their values and style and therefore have the desired impact.
