Why do you enjoy working at Ridgeway?

We are a collaborative, creative, pacey yet thoughtful business. We are aligned in wanting to do the absolute best for our clients and candidates in every scenario. We empower each other. We are constantly improving ourselves and our processes. We strive to be the best in client services and we thrive when faced with a challenging search, we are extremely creative.

How do you think search will evolve over the next few years?

As with every industry, technology will continue to disrupt our sector. Automation, AI, machine learning and advanced data tools will enable our clients to assume more of the ‘search’ process themselves as well as aiding the emergence of new tech enabled entrants. Technology disruption will reinforce the importance of empathy, judgement, client service and consultative relationships for our industry, as well as the ability to react quickly to our clients’ impulses and needs, the bar for outstanding consultative advisory services will get higher.
