Why do you enjoy working at Ridgeway?
First and foremost, the people. To work with high calibre, dedicated colleagues where we are all striving to be the best for our clients and candidates is a joy. Our clients and candidates are interesting business leaders and every conversation is a learning experience and I feel privileged to experience this.
What makes us progressive?
Really understanding our clients’ issues and what the wider problems are that they are trying to solve for their organisations going forward. This enables us to be advisory rather than transactional and to build strong relationships. Innovative approaches to succession planning and to diversity and flexibility both in thinking and in process is also key to being at the top of next generation executive search.
