Lizzie Dowdell

Lizzie is part of the operations team at Ridgeway and ensures the smooth running of the finance function.  Her remit is wide and her role is reactive and dependent on the needs of the business. 

Prior to joining Ridgeway she worked in a dual role as a Team Assistant and Resourcer for a boutique recruitment agency.

Why do you enjoy working at Ridgeway?

Ridgeway’s culture, leadership and values make it a joy and honour for me to be part of the Ridgeway team.  As a team we come together and support each other on a daily basis, creating a great sense of the word “team” and making it a thoroughly enjoyable environment to work and operate in.  Our hard work and effort doesn’t go unnoticed and it’s great to be part of such a successful, hardworking team.

What do you consider your greatest achievement at Ridgeway?

Since joining Ridgeway in 2019 my role has grown within the business to take ownership of the invoicing system.  This, for me, has been my greatest achievement since joining and has put me in good stead for my future career progression within Ridgeway.
