Lucy joined Ridgeway as a Consultant in the Consumer practice supporting on executive and board level searches across retail, leisure, travel and FMCG businesses.
Prior to executive search, Lucy spent twelve years in senior brand and marketing roles, primarily within the FMCG space, working with a range of businesses from large-scale multinationals to founder-led. This relevant industry experience makes her well placed to understand and support the needs of our clients and future talent.
She holds a BCom in Business Studies from The University of Birmingham.
What is the single most important challenge facing clients today and how can we help?
Change – increased digitisation, new ways of working, economic uncertainty and changing consumer demands. Leadership teams need new skills and capabilities to navigate this evolving post-pandemic world; an understanding of technology, the ability to innovate, communicate and, above all, care for people. We focus on finding the best talent who can meet these needs and drive businesses forward.
