What do you consider your greatest achievement at Ridgeway?
I think that we can genuinely say that we have built a high-performing and happy team of colleagues who have remained with us as we have grown and developed over the years. Having been with the firm since inception, I genuinely believe that we have the best team that we’ve ever had – and delighted that there is such good tenure and progression across the group.
