Toby Crosthwaite is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo’s People Advisory team in London and is Head of the UK business. Toby also runs the insurance practice and focuses on chair, board, chief executive and executive committee appointments.

Toby has successfully worked on a range of international high-profile C-suite and board assignments in the UK, Africa and Asia Pacific for life insurance, general insurance, intermediary and reinsurance clients. Prior to joining Ridgeway Partners (Teneo People Advisory) in 2015, Toby was a managing director at Russell Reynolds Associates for eight years based in Singapore and London.

Toby began his career as Financial Futures and Options Broker with FIMAT Futures UK Ltd (Société Générale Group).

Toby holds a BA degree in Economic and Political Development from Exeter University.
